Singapore, 9 May 2024: Adventus was at the prestigious Employee Experience Awards on 09 May 2024. Held at Shangri-La Hotel Singapore, this event organized by Human Resources Online aims to recognize an employer’s efforts in prioritizing the employee experience.

Adventus’ dedication towards providing above and beyond customer service has led us to tremendous growth. As an all-in-one systems integrator, our talent needs span across a wide range. Turning to a Recruitment Tool, particularly an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), was the next logical step to tap into multiple fields of expertise.

This effort was driven by our Talent Acquisition (TA) team and bolstered with support from Upper Management. We decided on Lever as our recruitment tool, facilitating an ease of reference and analysis of all recruitment-related topics and discussions.

Lever precisely aligns with the recruitment criteria established by our TA team. It affords integration with external job boards such as LinkedIn, JobStreet (Seek) and MyCareersFuture, providing insightful data points and meaningful analytics, while streamlining the application process via shared candidate information and feedback forms. Our TA team and the prevalent culture of innovation at Adventus constantly lead us towards exciting ways of bettering our service offerings and business processes.
