Singapore (May 10, 2024) – Adventus was at the prestigious Employee Experience Awards on 09 May 2024. Held at Shangri-La Hotel Singapore, this event organized by Human Resources Online aims to recognize an employer’s efforts in prioritizing the employee experience.

Our HR team and wider company culture turns this manifestation into reality. We’re proud of what we have created, and we are extremely excited to share it with you! Adventus was nominated for 7 categories as finalists, walking away with 3 awards this year. Our awards from the night are as follows:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition is a critical point of focus for Adventus. Acquiring skilled and essential manpower from a talent resource standpoint is paramount in continuing to fulfil our services for customers. Adopting an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as part of our commitment to Recruitment Technology Tools to streamline the hiring process was, indeed, the next logical course of action. Thanks to advocacy and support from higher Management, we successfully adopted and deployed a platform that met our hiring needs.

Here at Adventus, we tackle the behemoth task of developing all aspects of the employee experience, and strive to improve the environment in which employers and employees collaborate. After integrating these ideas with our management strategy, we deployed successful Remote Work Strategies and plans to upgrade Workforce Innovation.
