On 23 July 2019, Enterprise Singapore awarded Adventus Singapore with the Singapore Quality Class (SQC)-STAR with Service & People Niche Standards. A plaque for this certification was presented to Mr. Don Foo, the Managing Director of Adventus, on 08 October 2019, at the 25^th Business Excellence ceremony held at Resorts World Sentosa.

SQC Star recognises entities that have attained greater heights of excellence on their Business Excellence journey. The Business Excellence (BE) Framework provides a comprehensive set of management standards for business excellence, and covers seven areas – Leadership, Customers, Strategy, People, Processes, Knowledge and Results.

Over the years, Adventus has been consistently recertified for the Singapore Quality Class certification. This is the first year that we attain an SQC Star certification – one level above the standard SQC certifications. Receiving this certification is a reaffirmation that Adventus is committed in providing high level of service and dedicated to service excellence.

Adventus has been on the Business Excellence (BE) journey since 2012. We validated our business processes, and practises against the BE Framework which helped us to achieve long term sustainability. Being the only IT company who has attained this SQC STAR with People and Service certification, this mark of excellence helps Adventus stands amongst the top and differentiates us from the rest of the competitors.
