Singapore, 9 May 2024: Adventus was at the prestigious Employee Experience Awards on 09 May 2024. Held at Shangri-La Hotel Singapore, this event organized by Human Resources Online aims to recognize an employer’s efforts in prioritizing the employee experience.

We’re proud to announce that Adventus clinched BRONZE for the Best Workforce Innovation category!

Adventus’ dedication towards providing above and beyond customer service has led us to tremendous growth. As such, innovation was necessary in improving our Talent Acquisition (TA) team’s operations.

Our strategy previously relied on a combination of job boards and individual retrieval of CVs to screen talents. This proved to be untenable within our scope of acquisition. To remedy this at the root, we implemented an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with Lever to streamline the recruitment process. Lever is a system integrator that continues pulling applicants from job boards, while consolidating recruitment-related data and information into a unified platform.

TA reports that with this at-a-glance management of candidate information, the new ATS system saves about 30% of the time in recruiting a role. We are now more agile, and able to reach deeper into our talent pools for the best matches to a role.
