Singapore, 9 May 2024: Adventus was at the prestigious Employee Experience Awards on 09 May 2024. Held at Shangri-La Hotel Singapore, this event organized by Human Resources Online aims to recognize an employer’s efforts in prioritizing the employee experience.

We’re proud to announce that Adventus clinched BRONZE for the Best Remote Work Strategy category!

Remote Work is a core component of our employee experience. Where some employers might struggle to find a middle ground, we instead turn this into an advantage.

Employee displacement in practice did not translate to employee detachment in reality. Management was quick to adapt and evolve their organizational rigour to consciously keep employee communication consistent. In fact, productivity reports across all teams were maintained, if not improved after the implementation of our Remote Work Strategy.

Allowing for flexibility in work arrangements while still meeting our standards in service quality has created a win-win situation. Our employees enjoy better welfare, and our customers enjoy rejuvenated and motivated service excellence.
