Adventus wins Singapore Quality Class 2013 Award

It has been a great year for Adventus Singapore Pte Ltd as the company took home not one, but two awards – the Singapore Service Class 2013 and the Singapore Quality Class 2013 – at a plaque presentation ceremony held on the 26th March at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore. Organised by SPRING Singapore, the event was a celebration of excellence in business and service standards and a tribute to upholding long-term distinction in customer service for Singapore based companies. The awards were presented by Professor Cham Tao Soon, Chairman of the Singapore Quality Award Governing Council, to Mr. Don Foo, the Managing Director of Adventus. These two awards served as recognition of Adventus commitment and dedication to service excellence and an ongoing promise to maintain its high quality service standards to their customers.

Excellence in service through excellent business processes and employee motivation has always been a relentless and continuous pursuit at Adventus. We are honoured by the two awards and it is a privilege to be a part of the SQC and SC family. Mr Don Foo said.

 

Singapore Quality Class 2013

 

The Singapore Quality Class (SQC) is a BEACON (Business Excellence Assessment for Continuous Improvement) to signify companies that are dynamically improving upon all aspects of their business model, whether it is to ceaselessly refine business processes or promote corporate social responsibility. The SQC is thus awarded to Adventus in recognition of the continual improvement in its operations to guarantee the best services and products as possible through strategic development and deployment.
