Firstly, I would like to feedback on the great service of Hafis, we are pleased and satisfied with his friendliness, courteousy and professionalism service.
Secondly, understand that our contract with your company is based on each print out charge. Due to this paper jam issue and subsequent auto print out after the replacement today, we wasted more than 1 ream of papers and service charge.
