Following up on Hai Sheng’s assistance, I would recommend that he has done a great job in resolving Alex’s issue on his Outlook and other issues. He has also upgraded Melvin’s desktop to another 4 gb memory and it is working fine. I am sure he will be an Asset to Adventus as he is very helpful, and approachable in his friendly attitude towards customers.
