I would like to give my positive feedback on one of your technician, Jason Chia.
Kulicke & Soffa Documentation Department uses Canon copier and it has broken down a few times. Jason attended to some of these service calls, and I found that he is very experienced and able to rectify the problem immediately. I feel very confident seeing him attending the service calls as I need my copier to be working ASAP due to my production requirements.
