I would like to give compliments to Kevin Teo and Jason Chua for their full support and dedication towards the successful deployment of the entire HP printers over the 3 sites, 3M Woodlands, 3M Yishun and 3M Tuas.

For Kelvin, he has shown his great project management skills in the entire deployment phase, from planning out the entire deployment schedule to the training timings for the 3M staffs. At the same time, I am equally impressed by Kevin Teo on his fast response through emails after office hours at night at around 11.30pm and accommodating on my challenging request to reduce the installation period from 3 days to 2 days for 3M Tuas site. He has never failed to show and impress me with his full dedication and commitment towards ensuring a smooth deployment as well as transition phase for 3M, from the old machines to the new machines.

For Jason, he is always willing to go the extra mile for 3M. From the initial stage where he volunteered to carry out site walks for each site with me so that I am clear on the locations of each machine, to the deployment stage, where he work hand in hand with Kelvin to ensure all machines are deployed according to the project schedule. Furthermore, his excellent coordinating skills with the outsource movers to arrange for the collection back of old machines has eased my workload and potential worries of incomplete machine collection. His great interpersonal skills, helpful nature, fast response and excellent service has made him popular among the 3M staffs.

In short, both Kelvin and Jason have fulfilled every aspect that 3M is looking for in all areas of support, knowledge and excellent service level to our printer fleet and needs.

Really appreciate all the hard work and efforts shown by Adventus in this deployment as well as the excellent services all these years and we look forward to many more years of good services in the future.

I would like to appreciate your staff Jason that he assist me to walk through the site visit on Tues & Wed and even trying to meet my time slot which is either my lunch time or after 5pm. He actually initiate the site visit before the deployment of the printer.

I would say that he is very responsible on his work and ensuring the correct printer at each location are covered.

I would like to give my positive feedback on one of your technical staff, Jason Chia.

3M Customer Service uses this Model of printer, HP Laser Jet Printer, and have been facing endless jamming issues, causing frustration and time loss in clearing jams. Jason attended to this issue on 14 August, and subsequently with multiple follow ups to rectify the problem. The printer is now running smoothly again.

Thanks to Jason’s tireless efforts and positive attitude, we can work better now.

I would like to show my appreciation to your service Technician, Jason Chia. Today he came to actually only help to service 2 of my machines which had some issues, however since he was already here, he helped me to check on another machine as well which had another issue as one of my staff mentioned when they saw Jason around.

He was so willing to help check without even telling me that I need to lodge a service request only then he can take a look at it, but he didn’t do that. He finished my 2 other requests and then he went to check on my 3rd printer.

He is always so cheerful and so helpful whenever he comes by to service. He just doesn’t go there and do the work, and go off after getting my signature on the service report. He will come by to explain on the issue with the machine, and if there is anything I should take note of, he would advice me as well.

I am really glad to be served by Jason, please help to convey my appreciation to him and thank him for a good job done !
