I am writing to appreciate your prompt response on my technical issue reporting. Our printer& scanner machine didn't work well since yesterday and I reported this issue to your hotline in the morning.

Thanks to your premium service, the engineer came very soon and found out the broken part quickly. Demi came twice today to replace the broken one and clean the scanner by the way. Only several hours since my call, surprisingly our machine has been fixed and is able to work again.
